They handed out a ticket.that said car wash for $10.00. When you drive up they say it's $10.00 off the price of the car wash. This will be reported to the BBB.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. SWITCH AND BAIT AND JUST PLAIN DISHONEST.

Wash is thorough for a machine wash. Our wash includes a tire shine. The tire shine station doesn't work about one wash in four.

I didn’t sign any agreement, but they charged my credit card every month. Their company didn’t want to refund the money because their policy allows the employees to cheat the customers out of their money without refunding it. This is a very good policy.

Great car wash! We don't have anything like this back in my part of California. Customer service is always on point, Jonathan was great! I appreciate the service and I will be renewing my monthly membership. Once again, great customer service and thanks for the straw hat and the clean car!

I love LuLu' Express. The price is not expensive and I love the free vacuum. The staff is always pleasant.
