Craftsman tools warranty return needs to be revamped and expanded so that you can get the right sockets the right wrenches screwdrivers and other things that have lifetime warranties on them that break so that you can return them more easily and find what you need more quickly and easily without hassle

There was one particular associate I believe his name was Kelvin that ruined the entire experience for us. He was an older man who all he seemed to do was hover over us the entire time and was extremely rude. Not to mention the fact that we were there for over 2 hours before they pulled out items that we ordered.
