“I came into town for a few days to visit my parents and needed to get two clasps repaired - a bracelet and necklace. For the bracelet Randy did it immediately and without charge and for the necklace, he did it in an hour since I was about to head back out of town. He and his wife were so friendly and I really appreciated that he rushed to fix it for me. :) also, when choosing the clasp, he recommended the one that was better suited to my active lifestyle, rather than the one the was more expensive- which made me trust them even more ! Highly recommended- thanks so much !!”

“I have been trying to find a jewelry store to repair a hairline break in a new ring and i found this at Bradberry's . Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone for service and more. I brought a ring in to be repaired and not only did they repair it but i was blown away at how quickly they were able to! Such amazing family owned business and i will be a repeat customer for many years to come If your looking to sell old or broken pieces.or looking for something new or special i would recommend checking them out. Compare them to others and sure enough you will be happy you found them I have several pieces i plan to bring to them since they did a great job with my ring and repaired it in record time A completely satisfied customer here i will not hesitate to use them for all my jewelry needs -very reasonably priced and very personable and friendly Great value for services”

“So, I have ordered and shopped at Vikki’s a pretty good bit. I just ordered last minute a part of my outfit I needed for the same day. I texted a number I found on their website to verify they were open bc of the holiday & the manager told me they were closed but she would run over & get my order ready for me anyways. Obviously, I am so thankful and completely blown away that she would execute that kind of customer service on her day off. I would recommend anyone & everyone shop here. “I saw these guys on Facebook, and liked their page. A couple of days before Christmas, I was panic shopping for last minute gifts, so I made the 1hr drive up to Aiken to visit their boutique. The ladies working were very welcoming, helpful, and made delicious little snacks for while you’re shopping. I found everything that I needed here, and bought some “had to haves” for myself. They professionally wrapped the gifts for us, and they were BEAUTIFUL!! Extremely talented. Very equestrian themed for the horse people in your family.”

“I brought my wedding ring set to the Kay Jewelry store in Aiken, SC, thinking I had lost a diamond. Christopher Estep waited on me as he has done several times in the past. After careful inspection it was determined it was just dirty. Christopher cleaned and polished my ring and was able to remove the dirt. The ring looks great. Christopher is the best!”
