The assistant manger was awesome. He took the time out to explain some of the shoes to us. My son wears a size 13 and it’s very hard to find a shoe that fits his foot. I was very grateful for this young man. He was excellent and the service was excellent as well.

Hibbett is one of my favorite places to shop but the store on Richland Ave in Aiken SC is trash. The manager is always on the phone loud talking and if she's not on the phone, she's always following you around making you feel uncomfortable. I purchased a pair of jeans online and went in to pick them up, and my jeans were on the bare floor not even in a bag. What the world is going on in Aiken. Is this the type of customer service that is cool with Hibbett? Needless to say, I will NOT be back to that location. 2 thumbs down

Great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Shout out to the store manager at the Aiken SC at Hibbet she is the best with helping you finding things in store, online, she even calls other stores for you.

Nice store, however, they don't have many shoe sizes. My son wears a 9.5, I asked for that size in 3 different Jordan styles and they didn't have it. They need multiples kept in stock.
