There is no Goodwill in this Goodwill. I've loved this location for ten years...because of its location it's easy to stop by often and see what what goodies I can find. I've recently found out that they have an online website where they sell the good donations never going onto the floor...leaving the leftovers for the customers...and as of the last couple of years the prices have almost tripled... not on just a few areas in the store but in every department if you will... tee shirts average ten dollars...seriously? I can go right across the street to TJ Max and buy brand new ones for way less...cmon every item in the store was a donation... in others words the donations are free...I was told by the manager when asked why the prices are so drastically high now and was told it was due to inflation. .. how can inflation. possibly have and effect on items being free. and if you read the above reviews you'll see I am not alone in my thinking...it's truly sad. Its no wonder the CEO makes a six figure salary. Again... there is no goodwill in this Goodwill.

They keep all of the dressing rooms locked, so it's very inconvenient for clothes.

The store was nicely organized. However, whoever is in charge of pricing at this store-- they need to be fired. Goodwill is a second hand store. Many, many items were way over priced. A pair of used Cole Haan shoes were marked $46.95. The same pair online, BRAND New are $56. They had little kid animal toys marked $1.99/each. The whole bag of those same animal toys (16 in all) is at Hobby Lobby for $4.99 total. Literally, everything I picked up-- the prices were too high. Wont go back to this particular GW any time soon.

This is the most over priced goodwill I've ever seen. I always thought everything was donated to them and the sole purpose was to help the needy. But when you look at the prices at just this goodwill you will see that ain't the case. Like the shoes at every goodwill in Lexington and Columbia are 1 set price of $6.95 I believe or around that area but this goodwill every pair is priced differently according to the Brand and how good the quality is but most shoes are $20 and up especially if they are name brand and this is how the whole store is it's actually cheaper to go to Walmart for shoes and that is sad because goodwill is meant to help people not price check everything and knock 10% off and sell it that way this goodwill needs new management that does it the same as every other goodwill

This place used to be so decent until they hire thugs to harass the customers. People like their shopping experience to be pleasant.

I've been coming to the store for years. I even consider some of the employees friends. Suzanne knows me and my children by name. I usually can't spend a lot, because I'm a single mom with three kids. The way the prices have skyrocketed lately, I really can't buy much. But, we still love to come in. My children get a toy every time we come and we look forward to the days we can come. That being said, last time I came in I was confronted (by not one, but two employees) in front of my children, coming out of the dressing room and was told that they were told that I was no longer allowed in the dressing rooms. I could tell by their tone, this was an accusation of stealing. Every time I go in the dressing rooms, I bring in the five items and exchange them out when I'm done trying on those five, and I never leave anything in the fitting room. I never ever leave messes. Honestly, this shocked the hell out of me and also broke my heart at the same time. I left my cart full of items that I was going to buy right where it was at I took my children by their hands and we left the store. I didn't defend myself. I was in such shock, that I just left. I cried on the way home. This place is given everything that they have, and some of us that come in there really can't afford to buy things at other stores at full price which is why we come. I try on everything because I can't afford to buy something that won't fit later. But I never expected this. To accuse me of stealing, in front of my children, without any proof at all, after all of the money and time I've spent there, I'll never set foot in another Goodwill. I'll miss Suzanne and some of the other girls.

This store has started pricing the items based on eBay listings. They even went as far as printing the ebay listing and taping it next to the price tag on items. This method of pricing makes it unaffordable for those less fortunate to afford anything in this store. I strongly encourage those to take their donations to other thrift stores that actually benefit the community.

Changed my review from 4 to 2 stars because the prices are just ridiculously high. I picked up a tshirt a few weeks ago and they wanted 8$ for it! You can get tshirts for 50 cents -2 dollars at other thrift stores in town. You might as well go across the street to Old Navy and get something brand new for almost the same price.

They have lost their minds. I will no longer shop here and I will no longer donate anything to them. They get all there stuff for free and then jack the prices up on it. This was supposed to be a place you can get things for cheaper then anywhere else but corporate greed has caused them to price gouge people. I would rather take my things to Christ Central where I know they will go to those who need it more.

Pricing on some items are more than what they can be bought for new. Some of the employees or rude, while others seem genuine in their concern, and are very polite.

I was laughing at the prices on these used items some had tags from the store for 2 bucks and goodwill had it for 3.50 even trash that no one would buy had a crazy mark up..goodwill has become a scam taking second hand items and selling them as retail prices like they were new and some items even more than retail..won't be back ever again well maybe for a laugh ...

The prices are reasonable. $5-$6 per article of clothing is not new clothing prices. Inventory cos well (enough) organized to make it easy to shop. I go there often.
