I’ve always come to them to make sure everything is good with me and never had any issues whatsoever. Mindy and Rebecca are AMAZING! I prefer coming to them over going to a primary doctor. They always make me feel comfortable and heard, they’re very professional and gentle when treating you. Amazing people inside & out.

Be prepared for a long wait standing at the pickup window without even being acknowledged by any of the 5+ people in the pharmacy while they look at their phones and have personal conversations. I work very close to this CVS but for now on will drive to the Walgreens in Beech Island even though it’s further away because the staff there is always prompt and friendly. The parking lot is also terrible and for some unknown reason this place is always extremely busy.

Worse ever the lady closed the window after I was sitting in line behind another customer in drive thru because it hit 8pm. Like wow at-least get me I was already here. Then I went in and told them I was in line and the young lady with the locs and beads rolled her eyes. Wow how professional is that!! Especially after I’ve received numerous text about my proscription then I get there and it’s not ready causing me to have to come back when it’s actually ready. And it’s happened often!!

The pharmacy is extremely rude and so is everyone who answers the phone for it. They had the wrong fax number for the doctors office. No wonder they couldn’t get the prescription refilled. When I called to give them the correct number, the lady hung up on me after giving me the most attitude I think I have ever gotten from a pharmacy before. So completely unprofessional. You’re better off going to Walgreens.

The staff at the minute clinic and at the pharmacy are extremely helpful, compassionate, understanding, and patient. I came in with oral thrush and a handful of other ailments, and the two practitioners attending to me made me feel heard and understood. The staff at the pharmacy were also extremely attentive and helpful. Thank you to the staff at the clinic and at the pharmacy for taking care of me. If you are looking for honest and kind people to help administer your vaccines or to get your prescriptions from, I highly recommend this CVS.

Beyond disappointed with customer service from manager. After sitting on hold for 15+ minutes, manager was short, would not (problem was solvable) help with my dilemma, then proceeded to hang up on me- no courtesy, nothing.

This is the most hateful unprofessional CVS pharmacy I’ve come across! I will not be back and I have changed to a different location. I repeatedly have received terrible service. Not told when there are issues with my RXs, lost RXs , laughing about patients and discussing patients and their medical issues where the public can hear them. A man working in the pharmacy at the register told a person picking up medication for his wife prescribed by her OBSTETRICIAN that the medication would “kill the baby” and he wouldn’t take it. How professional is that? I will never go back in this location.

Unbelievable. To go thru an extensive menu only to be put on hold for too long and then to be disconnected. TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a prescription called in over a week ago and still hasn’t been filled. Have been calling for over a week no one never answers the phone. Had to call corporate they couldn’t even get no one on the phone. From now on will be using another provider. This is ridiculous!!!
