CVS York St. Aiken. Dalas <~<<<< I hope that’s correct. She works the pharmacy. She took her time to look up pricing on her own with out me asking. She truly went above. It was pretty close to closing time. She saved me close to a 100.00 in a 4 minute look up. Thank you ;)

The heavy older blonde lady with glasses, who usually works the drive thru window is RUDE. As someone who has a disability and hard time walking, I like to use the drive thru. Yet because I needed to apply a savings card so I didn't have to pay 900$, she told me "you need to come inside to do that so you don't hold up my line" EXCUSE TF OUTTA ME. You are there to help ME. your line can wait. Just disrespectful

Horrible customer service. Employee in the pharmacy refused to provide her name or how she identifies to the public, after she very rudely referred to me as "this woman" while she screamed out, "she claims she can't call the Walmart Pharmacy to have a a perscription transferred. Is That True?" She posed the to someone without putting the ohone on hold. Upon asking her name, she refused to provide it. I informed her that she was going to identify herself now, or face to face when I get there, because I was going to report her poor and unprofessional etiquette. Pharmacist Nikki supported and defended this unprofessional and rude behavior by refusing to provide me with her name as well. Prescriptions will be moved elsewhere; customer service sucks!! ✌️

Some of the pharmacy techs at this establishment are very rude. They act like it hurts their soul to help a customer or answer any questions regarding prescriptions. They often try to not file your insurance properly and get mad when you call them out on it. If my insurance was accepted elsewhere, I would Def take my prescriptions there. If I could give 0 stars to pharmacy staff, I would.

So my experience tonight at CVS York St Aiken SC. I have been wanting to stop getting my medications from this place before Covid even became apart of our life today,but I so tired of people using certain things as an excuse to not do your job!! We are paying customers and if you have problems doing your job then close your establishment until you can do your job!!! My doctor called in a prescription at around 430pm. I waiting to go pick it up almost 4 hours later to be told it wasn't filled but to be told a prescription I haven't even requested was ready! I was pissed not to mention I asked for the script to take it elsewhere. Nikki the lame pharmacist with the excuses and had the nerve to spell her name like I can not spell told me I couldn't get my medication until tomorrow because it was a controlled medication and they was shortstaffedas if I cared about unlessIwasgettingthis fress and this wasn'tcalledin 4 hours ago!I am still puzzled to why a medication I didn’t put in to refill was ready before a medication my doctor called in 4 hours prior. Make it make since but this will be the last perception my family gets from CVS!!

The only reason i didnt give it a 5 is nobody talked 2me when i walked up. Otherwise, they were great. Told me it would take 30 minutes and it took 15. Also, their restroom is closed. Lady said its been out a week. Yall need to fix the restrooms for these ladies a little quicker.

Best helpful and accommodating CVS in Aiken. The employees are ready to assist you with a smile, unlike some other CVS stores where they make you wait before they even acknowledge your presence. I will definitely be returning back to shop here, even though the other CVS is closer. Service is everything!

Very clean and friendly store. But, I know to only scan the shelves for the few items on sale that might interest me. Because CVS prices are really high people. But I know this and expect this lol still a pretty decent store tho.

One of the worst cvs's ive ever been to they are slow and rude....i talked 2 cvs at 230 said prescription will be ready by 430 got a text it was done and oh what a SURPRISE get there it isn't ready and a they have a attitude over them and terrible customer service

They never pick up the phone then they try to give you a prescription you already got filled instead of the one you need.

My 2yr old has been sick off and on for 3wks and I sent prescription here. The first time my mom dropped it off and was told to come back at 5pm to pick it up smh when she went back one of the associates was nasty towards her and unprofessional. My baby meds was not filled because the other associate never put it in the database to be filled. Then yesterday my son was diagnosed with a n outer ear infection the doctor called his prescription over to this location and my sister went to pick it up around 5:30am. But pharmacy was closed. Why yall closed by 5pm when hours of operation for the pharmacy are 10am til 9pm....or am I missing something! So pisst with these people right now will be reporting.

Most unorganized hot mess of a pharmacy I've ever been to. I called at noon, to have a prescription transferred over there the lady told me it'd be ready by 5o'clock so I went at 6 to pick it up, not only was it not ready it was not even transferred.

Every month my prescriptions are not correct. I call the pharmacy review everything and still the prescriptions are not right. Today was the worse where the pharmacist was extremely rude and did not understand the prescriptions nor what his staff was doing. The staff gave inaccurate information and all were rude. We transferred our family and we will never go back. This has been ongoing mass confusion monthly. Not to mention we wait anywhere from 3 to 5 hours and go to pick up when told and still the prescriptions are often not filled.

Very slow service at the pharmacy. Was told three different times that it would be twenty more minutes. Waited 30-60 minutes inbetween trips. So I gave them 4 hours to fill a prescription only to find out that they don’t have it. Then there was a problem with the insurance that was easily fixed by another employee who was not the manager. Very dissatisfied for the service
