Went in today to deal with rudeness from the bleach blond pharmacist with the dark roots treat me like dirt, first off she wanted to verify a nonnarcotic medication because my diagnosis wasn’t on it, what do u need my diagnosis for, u are not my doctor, then when I finally just had her send my prescription to Langley, she somehow had it stopped, she literally worked her shift not taking care of patients but worried about me, she acted like I was doing something wrong, the best part is it was sent from the doctors office thru the computer systems like it was before and she filled it. She is obsessive and needs to worry about people getting their medicine, she doesn’t even know anything about me. What is up with this team of non qualified nosey bunch of pharmacist and her under lings rudeness and super SLOWNESS!! I’m blasting this on social media too but I finally got my prescription filled tonight when I had to jump thru every hurdle she tried to throw. Thank god because this is an important medicine. She caused so much confusion at my dr office they won’t even fill with them anymore!!!can we say psycho

We just had the most ridiculous experience at that pharmacy! Went to pick up medication the Pharmacist with the blonde stripes in her hair was so rude and I use to use this pharmacy. Time to find a new one!

if I could give Cvs a zero star I would, but I can't so I am giving them a 1 which is better than they deserve. cvs is the only drug store on the north side of Aiken, sc. if there were another I would have started going there a long time ago. this is not the first time I have had a problem with cvs. I ordered my script 2 days ago. I went to pick it up. I was given 2 drugs and went home. when I got home I noticed I did not have the drug I ordered so I had to drive back into town and got the drug I had ordered. it was filled the day I ordered it, but they did not give it to me the first time I went to pick it up. they wasted my time and gas as I live out in the country and it's quite a drive to cvs. they did not even say they were sorry for my inconvenience. I have decided to start driving a little further to a different drug store than cvs.

Walked in was totally ignored by the 5 employees in the pharmacy. Never even bothered to look my way at the drop off. There were plenty of other cutomers just standing around like zombies clearly haveing been ignored for so long they sort of gave up, but either did not have enough hutzpah to get up and go to another pharmacy. or were so desperate they accepted their CVS fate. Don't waste your time here unless you feel like you deserve to be treated like you don't exist. Literally Wallmart is better, and that is a low low bar. But even better try Family Pharmacy where employees understand their job is to help you . You deserve better than CVS Aiken.

My doctor sent over antibiotic prescription for my 5 year old at 1pm. I go there at 4:30pm and they tell me it’s not in stock and to come back at 10:30 the next day. (Meanwhile my son is very sick). So the next day I call at 10:30 and they don’t have it. They tell me to try another pharmacy.I do understand these med shortages. My issue is the communication. I get texts all the time from CVS. Why can’t they just quickly let me know they don’t have these meds so hours don’t pass. I could have dealt with it faster and my son would have his meds.

I usually do not give reviews, as this is a pharmacy that is always busy...been using this same cvs for many years now!!! Past few months nothing but trouble I run into!!!! I called in my refill at 9:00am this morning...said it wouldn't be ready till 1:00pm this afternoon..ok seems fair.. but when I am pulling up in drive threw @ 2:35pm after waiting in line forever..to be told im sorry we are still working on it!!!? lady!!! It is 1 Prescription!! 30 pills!!! I think 5hrs and 30min!!! Is plenty time!!! I am sick of getting told we are short handed!!! You are a pharmacy!! Nation wide!!! No small business owner!! My medicine is something I can not do without!!! I respected the time I was given to be filled when I called..I do not respect the fact of waiting in line forever!! To finally get up there to be told..um sorry we are still working on it 5 hr later?!!! You have to wait 15 to 20 minutes more!! Oh let's not forget the 20 to hour line hold up!!! Get it together CVS!!!!!!!

Went to do a COVID test. Been congested and sniffling earlier this week. My usual drive up testing location is now closed, so I went here. You have to go to CVS.com and set up an appointment. It'll ask you for your info: health, address, and insurance.. all that good stuff. Once registered, they'll send you a confirmation number for when you arrive. I went a little early to my appointment because there's usually a line at that location. I was wrong this time. I was third in line. I didn't take long for me to get to the window. They asked for my name, bday, and confirmation number. A couple of minutes later, the pharmacist brought back the testing kit and guided me through the testing process. It took about two-three minutes to complete the test. Once you insert your kit into the drop box, wipe the lid with the provided wipe, and you're done!!

This pharmacy is missing every level of great customer service. I've had issues with them since we moved to Aiken from Fort Mill SC in 2020. They constantly text asking would I like them to refill a prescription. If I say no, they continue to text a few times a day until I say yes. This month they kept texting so on the 14th I finally said yes, I didn't get a text it was filled until the 20th, although online it showed processing for the 6 days. Really CVS get your act together. The pharmacy staff are rude when you go in to get your meds, not even a hello just a ugh next customer they don't even make eye contact. I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Excellent service regarding Covid testing. The pharmacists helped me so much with getting my toddler’s Covid test done and the results came back so quickly. Highly recommend!

I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I have been told a prescription would be ready at such and such then be told they were out ..then tell me it couldn't be filled until such and such date.. excuse me ,but if my doctor calls it in it is time to fill it..

We've been through the pharmacy window 3 times in the last 7 days. Each time we were told that it would be a 20 minute wait. Then we were informed they were out. Now my mother's prescription has expired and we will have to wait for the doctor to call in a new one, at a different pharmacy or course. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional pharmacy in my life. This isn't the first time we've had issues, merely the last.

The phones don’t get answered (I was on hold twice today for over 45 minutes, then finally just gave up) and any appointments you make online get canceled. No explanation for why iPhones aren’t being answered, or why your vaccine appointment reservations are being canceled!!!! And, there’s a 30+ minute wait for walk-ins (in spite of the fact that there were no other customers in front of us!!!). They obviously need more staff!!!! Very, very disappointed, especially since I moved over from the local Kroger due to worsening customer service there!David SpikesAiken, SC
