This store will not honor the good rx card for narcotics and is unable to help find financial help. Being a pt that needs maintenance narcotic in order to function and being unable to change pharmacies due to MD policy, there is no way I can afford my medication without assistance since I don’t have employee insurance. For this reason I will change pharmacies as soon as I am able

Wonderful Staff & Quick Service. Everyone I met during my visit to The Minute Clinic were awesome; they all were very polite, respectful, and professional. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from when I showed up; including checking in, the visit, and getting my prescription.

Why doesn’t CVS notify you when there is an issue filling your RX as written? I’m fed up with the service I don’t get at CVS . I will be finding another pharmacy. Zero stars.

I am officially done with CVS pharmacy, not retail store, as a whole because of how utterly disrespectful the staff are that this company employs. I had a consistently horrible experience with a pharmacy worker when I lived in Charlotte and now, since moving to Aiken, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. First, my doctor was trying to call a new prescription in for me and could never get through on the provider line so she eventually gave up and called it in to Walgreens.Today, my husband goes to pick up a called in refill of my controlled substance. They tell him they’re out of stock of my medication and to have me call CVS in Target (I did not receive a text notification saying my med was not available). Target tells me they can’t process it and that my doctor has to call the refill in to them. I call this location again to see if they could somehow send my doctor’s order over to them (I’m officially out of my med at this point and I don’t know that I can reach my doctor before the pharmacy closes at 7) and I am met by the rudest pharmacy rep that I’ve encountered since Charlotte. They are out of stock but apparently there was a prescription that someone never came to pick up that I can have. Cool, but I’m confused and just need clarification. This is the same med and dosage as my prescription, right? I started being talked down to as if I was asking them to change my dosage or prescription or like I’m asking for someone else’s med. I’ve never been spoken to so condescendingly/disrespectfully in my life! Needless to say, I spoke to the pharmacy manager who was very kind and clarified the original question I had in the first place in a respectful way. However, I just can’t deal with CVS and their choice of employees anymore so I will unfortunately need to end the years long relationship I had with them.

Pharmacy is not at all helpful with anything out of the ordinary. No common sense. One tech was downright rude

Whiskey Rd is the worst run CVS in AikenSC. There is never enough employees to handle he volume. There is always a long wait. Most recently waited in line for 45 minutes only to get to he drive thru window to have someone shove a sign in my face say I their system is as down and i needed to go into to the store. If the system is down how is it helping to go inside aren't they on the same system as he drive thru. There in the same damn store. So I go in and the line is basically to he front of the store.

I was in the store on Whiskey Rd in Aiken, SC and went right to the product I needed, I then proceeded to self check out as there were several customers in various stages of the regular check out, I scanned the item and the kiosk said that the item needed an age check, I waited about two minutes and no one showed up. When someone finally did they canceled the checkout and returned to their regular position as a cashier. I was not about to wait in line any longer. This is why I usually go to Walgreens.

Filling prescriptions here is absolutely painful. There will undoubtably be issues with any transaction with them, you'll need to wait in multiple lines, things won't be ready, or not filled, etc. forget calling- they don't answer the phone. Don't plan to go early thru the drive thru- they open it when they feel like it, not at "opening". If it weren't the cheapest place to get my son's medication I would happily take my business elsewhere.

I've used CVS in 2 other states and have never had a problem. But, the one here in Aiken is HORRIBLE. (1) You refill your prescriptions on the internet, get a confirmation, all to go and pick it up and it not be ready OR even in the system! (2 My doctor submitted my prescriptions for 90 days, I picked up 3 meds, only ONE was 90 day, the other 2 were 30. Didn't discover of course until I got all the way home (3) My doctor called in a prescription for me on Friday, they were out of the medicine and I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. On Wednesday, still no word from the pharmacy. I called and was on HOLD for OVER 20 minutes to be told it's still not in!!! Outrageous!

Went to pick up my prescription that Dr Bruckner Called in for me knowing it would probably would be a wait . I asked the cashier if there was any way they could expedite my prescription and she asked Michael the pharmacist if he could with a smile on his face he agreed and I don't have to wait ! Thank you to all the wonderful employees that work there! I will for sure pay it forward ! Sincerely Lorna Leidheiser
