Erick was amazing and saved the day! My phone was hacked and I was locked out of my Google account as well so I could not use anything on my phone. Erick worked tirelessly to resolve every issue and made sure my phone and accounts were more secure before I left the store. He was polite, patient, and did everything in his power to get my phone working again and better than before. Thank you so much Erick, you beat the hackers! Great work! Cricket Wireless, please give Erick a raise or a bonus!

Customer service was horrible. I was Unsatisfied with my purchase and the CSR Leleshwa said they can’t return or exchange my product after only a couple days. But after visiting another Cricket wireless I was informed that I had 7 days for returns. Very crooked employees! The sign hours state 7pm for closing and they close whenever they want to. Not a good way to run a business at all! Or build a rapport with customers!

Store at pinelog in aiken was supposed to be open on a Saturday and they we're closed. Bought a motorolo phone tried to get a screen protector few weeks later and was told that motorolo phone was not in the store for sale anymore
