Horrible, horrible, horrible.....Rachel gets defensive when miscommunication are brought to her attention.The trainee needs a lot of help. Things are misrepresented to the customer and rather than acknowledge the miscommunication they blame the customer.Absolutely the worse experience, I've had an long time.Cricket isn't a bad service provider but they have a lot to learn about customer service.

Be careful, I went to pay for my plan, they charged me 175 USD, they did not give me my ticket; and in Cricket message I confirmed a payment for 127 USD, later I returned to the place to ask for the printing of my payment and the person in charge told me why it is another company's policy. The woman who let me down was robust, dyed hair with red highlights, Puerto Rican accent. Alert

The Hispanic woman that works her is very unprofessional. Cursing in front of customers and doesn’t really know how to do her job. She has to be one of the most unpleasant workers I’ve ever come into contact with. I made a compliant to the store manager but I can tell he didn’t care. Will file a compliant to corporate.

The two Hispanic workers were very unprofessional the short lady was talking about other employees and they both tried to make me purchase speakers I didn't want knowing it wasn't free with purchase nor will I be able to return them they made it like I was getting it for free til I looked at my purchase order please you want to keep your customers not loose us I been with cricket for years I don't appreciate dishonesty when I spend my money with you guys I will not be back to this store. I think the young man who works at cricket is an great worker never had any problems out of Tydant or any other workers short Hispanic is just unprofessional at the most and her boss allowed it.

Phones should come with the cables and the adapter piece, especially when the chargers are made weird. Service sucks and the cs wasn't to good.

I came in looking to port over and miss Lisa greeted me with a big smile. She told me how much it was gonna cost and came to cricket and She gave me the phone I wanted and I love love everything, works great , service great, and stop in to cricket it's the best.. thanks Lisa

The staff here is awesome (Britney) was very helpful and pleasant we didn’t feel rushed and she answered all our questions the next day the manager helped us with setting up the account he was awesome and took time to help us
