Terrible customer service at the store. I bought a new phone and was told all I had to do was get on auto pay to pay 25 a month. but come to find out she signed me up for the family plan by mistake so that's why my plan is 50 a month. Apparently that's what I'm stuck with now. Upsetting because I was very clear about it being a phone just for her and it even also shows online that there is an individual plan for 25. With auto pay!! And

They were very short with my husband and were not helpful at all! Do not to here!! They answered the phone and didn't say anything like they were hiding from the police! I had to ask if it was Boost and he said yea what did you need, very rude. I should have known better to go there! Poor customer relations!

Boost mobile is a horrible company I have dealt with for years who dont care about their customers, their insurance company are cons and they shut 5 of my lines off on christmas day shame on 5hem I have always paid my bill and when I ask for a 5 day extension they refused .DONT USE BOOST MOBILE!!!!!

Ladies are dismissive unlrss you wanba buy a new phone in which case they argue who gets the commission. No team players, just back stabbing wenches. Very poor management leading this place. And their service provider, Sprint, is the worst of the four cellular competitors. Truly, no reason to padronize these fools.
