I bought a beautiful stand alone mirror. The mirror is supposed to have 3 lighting options. None of the lighting options work. I have called the office and was told that they would have someone come out to look at the mirror, the person never showed up. I didn't receive a call notifying me that they would reschedule or why the technician was a no show. I called back and informed the customer service rep Kandi that the tech did not show up and was told that they would reschedule my appointment for January 17th and she would definitely make sure that the tech came out. As of yet the tech has not shown up and no call was received. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

We bought a kitchen table from here, and it was a great experience and a good price. The table still looks good, and is in awesome condition. The team members at the store were very friendly and not overbearing.

My husband and I have purchased furniture, appliances from Badcock in Aiken for many years, the process has always been quick and very efficient! We’ve recommended family members to always go to Badcock and usually we say go to the one in Aiken lol.

Crystal was phenomenal help. Was able to tell me my payment per month on a table. Answer all questions and was definitely one of the quickest ordering processes I had. She even remembered from a previous buy over a year ago. She is true sale representative.

Great customer service!! Fast and efficient service, even through the website. They were awesome with communication and setting up the delivery date. Loved how we received a text when our couch was on the way. The delivery guys were so friendly and they easily set everything up. Great overall experience!!!
