It was a very hot Sunday. My Jeep Latitude was having problems cranking up. I did my research, found out which was the best battery for my car and ascertained it was being sold in AutoZone in Richland Ave. I called them, Anthony was courteous, professional and eager to help. He LISTENED and then response. After receiving a quote I came to the store. Victor took care of me, checking first if my battery was indeed dead. Then he changed the battery, at my request refilled the windshield liquid. Victor was Professional, answered my questions with courtesy, knew what he was doing and do it in a timely manner. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. Thank you AutoZone!

Joe H. Went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue with my car with the diagnostic reader after someone else tried to overcharge me and misdiagnose my car . He also was very nice and understanding and suggested a great mechanic to me. Go see joe and he will make sure u get what u need without a hassle . And he doesnt try to get over on u like some of these other car stores ......... S/N i went on a different day and also dealt with anthony , who was great as well . . This store overall is just outstanding !!

They are overly expensive, rude, and can't order the right part to keep the doors open. Just go down the road to O'Reilly.

The manager at this store was super helpful. I went in to get a headlight replaced. He installed the headlight in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you!
