Auto Tech is the BEST. Jenn, the manager, is top rate and Very knowledgeable about cars. Steve, the owner and ALL the staff really go out of their way to be very helpful and explain what the situation is. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Auto Tech for saving me on more than 1 occasion.

Wow! What a wonderful shop! I moved here from Charleston and this place rocks! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. From talking to Jennifer and her explaining everything in detail, to the mechanic Josh showing me my faulty air shock to Eric when he took my payment… very professional, very reasonable cost wise! Love this shop!

Well respected Aiken mechanic. We had a car that had several different issues. They triaged the issue and communicated cost, the reason they needed to make that specific repair. Overall I am very satisfied with the experience.Tip: Very busy, so make sure to book a couple of weeks out for maintenance services.

Do not waste your time and money having any thing done at this shop. They are truly "Legends in their own minds". They basically use the "hunt and find method" to try to correct problems with your vehicle while all the time gouging you on the billing. The cherry on the top of this cake is the fact that to add insult to injury the staff is extremely rude in addition to being inept ! !
