I bought a partial sectional and within a month it was broken and sagging. A replacement was given but store is always shorthanded. We had to load the replacement couch ourselves as there was one lady working that day.

The location has a good selection of furniture, which is great because I'm trying to furnish my house. Unfortunately, the store has a stench. The manager, Rudolph, tried to spray, clean, and do everything in his power to keep the store smelling fresh, but it was enough. He was a great source of information on each product I asked about. I'll definitely return and specifically ask for him for furniture and appliance guidance.

Rudolph the store director is working in Augusta we need this type of manager in Augusta if I could give more then 5 stars I would greatly appreciate it job team in the new staff Omar Krystle Lannis they are being trained by very experienced knowledgeable person Augusta needs him

Did not have a good experience bought two recliners one was damage called customer service and called the store I email the phone too and they never reach back to me

Amazing customer service! Mr.Rudolph came over and helped me find what I was looking for we were in and out in less than 30 minutes! He made me this process fast and easy! We will be shopping with him again!!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! Mr. Rudolph was absolutely phenomenal assisting us from start to finish! The customer service was top notch and he was very informative and transparent every step of the way. We are new to the area moving from out of state so the ability to take care of us with same day delivery having inventory on hand and available was a God send. This process was quick and smooth. Highly recommend!
