Aldi is our favorite grocery store. Its prices and quality can't be beat. Using Aldi as my secret weapon, I can easily feed our family on a budget even in these times of rapidly rising prices. No other grocery store can match its prices and value.

On 17 January I prepared a packet of Brown Balsalmic Rice I purchased two days earlier (Jan 15) at Aldi in Aiken, SC. The packet read "use by 7/17/25. Unlike most times I emptied the packet in a bowl before heating. When I did so I found a big hunk of the rice was molded in green mold. Of course I did not use the rice. But had I heated the rice in the pouch I might have never discovered the problem. Aldi needs to do a recall on all Simply Natiure Brown Basalmic Rice for health reasons.

Aldi is a great grocery store in our community. Granted, it doesn't have everything the regular, full-size grocery stores have, but it does have a lot. And what it does have is priced right!

We love Aldi. They have the best selection of meats and cheeses in our area. I also love the variey of snack foods and produce as well. And you cannot beat their prices. I am happy that they offer online ordering with curbside pickup at this location. It is a real timesaver for me.

Easy shopping, quality items at good prices. Quicker checkout using self checkout. If you don't like self check there are cashier's but be prepared to wait.

I'm a huge fan of Aldi in general and was excited to visit this one in my new town. Grocery shopping has gotten more complicated with a baby in my life so where I was usually speedy and planned out I am now a little slower and at the mercy of my baby's mood. Thankfully my baby was very well behaved for the visit! As with all chains, they are predictable to an extent so Aldi has great prices but you have to bring or buy bags and bring a quarter for the cart if you need one. Produce prices are excellent as well as other pantry staples and freezer/prepared meals. They won't usually have rarer items (like, if you specifically need a can of coconut milk, don't expect them to have it unless there's a special on Thai food ingredients that week). I typically get my main groceries here and supplement other places as needed. Most Aldi's in SC also have a small wine and beer selection, none especially high end but all tasty and affordable. This location has self checkouts, quite a few actually, and I'd never been to an Aldi with self checkout before. They're great! No cash at them but if you're paying with card they are a good speedy solution to the often long lines for the one or two cashiers actually working. My only complaint at this location is the aisles seemed a lot narrower than previous Aldis I've been to and I'm not sure if that's a true difference or just perceived, as this store was a bit busy and there were a lot of older shoppers moving slowly in the aisles/often stopped so there were two carts abreast. That made it difficult to navigate and other customers were obviously displeased at each other and that was annoying (other than possible space issues that's not really the fault of the store). Otherwise a great place and as long as you're comfortable navigating Whiskey Road you'll be fine!

Aldi is well Aldi - an unusual place. This one is stocked well and really busy. Friendly cashier and store staff.

Decent prices but.... you can tell they just buy a ton of bulk stock stuff.... like regular ramen for example..... they literally have like 1000 packs but they are all basic chicken flavor no one likes????? and yeah u can find cheap burgers...... but they are soy....... not good for guys..... soy=estrogen=not good for men......

I have not been in Aldi's for a couple of years. I went today and I was very impressed how neat and clean and organized the store was. The fruit and vegetables were fresh and everything was in order. I will definitely go back and probably use their online service as well!

The place where one can buy ALDI stuff! The cashier's sit whilst checking out, and make more than cleaning crews for servpro. Don't expect free bags and remember to bring case quarters if you're planning on using a buggy. Prices and products vary, lots of german products. Not bad, not consistent either. Won't find everything you came for, but you're probably not going to break the bank.

I understand the reason for not handing out plastic bags but it is quite aggravating having to pay five to $10 for a bag so you don’t have to lug all your groceries at one by one to your car. They have lots of different food options, but all of them aren’t the best quality food choices.
