PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!! A simple oil change has completely destroyed my vehicle. I have a Toyota Camry and I normally go to the dealership to get my car serviced but unfortunately I ran out of time and I had to settle to get my oil changed here. My car has completely been ruined since getting a oil changed. A week after my car got serviced I'm driving home and my car starts heistating and acts like it wants to cut off and the temperature gauge was rising almost on the H. I take it back to Aiken discount and they tell me it could have a number of things like a fuel pump or the throttle body that would need to be cleaned. They cleaned the throttle but the car keeps hesitiating but now the temperature hand stays in the half way mark when it didn't use to do that. My car still was and is hesitiating to crank up. I took it back to Aiken Discount and they stated a sensor had to be replaced. They replaced that but I was still having issues the car is still hestiting to crank and the battery light keeps going on. I took it back to Aiken Discount and then they stated that the fuel pump needs to be replaced. Now keep in mind this is 3 different trips with 3 different issues in the span of a month. If all of these issues was a problem with my car wouldn't this be discovered after I was having issues the first time. Why would these issues arise after only having a simple oil change when none of this has ever occured when I previously had the Toyota dealership service my car. Bottom line this place will mess up your car just to keep you coming back to spend money. They also broke my hood assistant and didn't advice me. I just found that out today!!! I will never in my life step foot back in this establishment. I recommend if you are able to get service somewhere else PLEASE DO!!!!

I work there. And this is probably the greatest tire shop I've ever had the honer to work for. I love Mr. Wallace and his family. And the woman up front at the desk have it harder then we do. I'm just glad to be a part of the family too.

The Kitchings family has always serviced our tire and wheel needs for the past 15 years. They've always been upfront on pricing and required service, kind, and honest. While there are plenty of "shop in a box" tire centers popping up all over Aiken, please consider this family owned and operated business over the bigger corporations. Mr. Wallace Kitchings has helped us repair a tire (a day before our wedding), supply reasonable and quality tires for all of our vehicles (6 sets to date) and always worked with our schedule. A+!

They replaced my passenger rear tire after I hit it on a curb, and then the very next day my driver's rear tire was leaking air. Getting it fixed now somewhere else, and a screw driver bit is stuck in my tire. I am suspicious that these guys put it in there, because it was the very next day it started leaking, and the flat screw driver head attachment doesn't look like it should have penetrated in the way that it did by driving. So if you have another tire messed up after going here, I'd recommend not going back.

I have been a loyal customer for years. For the last four visits I have been disappointed. From charging my son $80 to balance one tire, to losing 2 hub caps on the way home... The last one broke my loyalty. I explained to the older woman at the front counter that I wanted my best rim and tire swapped with my spare (they are all the same- even the spare), she said they'd have to charge to mount the tire on the spare. After arguing that a mount was not necessary, I said just do whatever but be sure my spare has one of my better tires on it. When it was ready to go I asked about the spare and was given a very snarky response of how she doesn't sit back there and watch them but if it says they did it, it was done. I was annoyed, but paid to have a newer tire mounted on my spare and left. When I got home, my son looked under the car and asked why they didn't change out the spare. Really??I went back the next morning and that woman ignored me. Instead I found the owner- a very nice man and the reason I kept going back there- who gave me my money back for the mount. He offered to make it right, but since I had to wait 2.5 hours for the tires in the first place, I didn't want to give them my morning too. There are other businesses I will consider in the future and at least two that said they would price match. I have purchased so many tires from them and sent many people there, but will now recommend that folks look else where.

Please beware if you have rims or nice factory wheels on your car and you are going there for tires. They will no longer be nice when you leave there. They even have a sign on the counter that says they will not be responsible for damage to mag or custom wheels when changing tires. Should have been a red flag!

I would suggest caution if you have nice factory wheels or rims on your car and you are getting tires. They will not be nice anymore when you leave there.

They took Very good of My vehicle with new front tires at a great deal and did a great job on fixing My front end and realignment! I recommend them for mechanical needs and good pricing!;

⚠️WARNING!!! Read other reviews before coming here. I came here a day ago to get my car serviced. Before my car was taken to get fixed I marked MY Hub caps (AS I SHOULD HAVE) with a marker on MY two front tires to make sure they were rotated. I didn’t know that when rotating the tires that the hub caps stay in the same place while just the tires themselves rotate. I discussed this with a mechanic upon leaving, he then went into the building and told owner. While I was sitting in my car the owner (Older man) asked me “Why did you mark your hub caps.” I told him that I have trust issues. He continues to say “If you don’t trust us you don’t have to do business with us.” As I was talking he was cutting me off constantly. This was BEYOND a rude, inappropriate, disrespectful, DISGUSTING approach and experience. I paid a good amount of money, and this man decided to come and say disrespectful things after I paid my for my car to get fixed. When I called back at the place someone else picked up the phone and apologized for this GROWN MAN’S behavior. The conversation on the phone did not feel GENUINE. This whole situation could have been AVOIDED had I gone elsewhere. I’m now driving a vehicle that has a wobble noise as I am driving. It feels as if the tire is going to come of the car. For anyone reading this reviews REMEMBER you can do anything with your car. You can mark , take notes, and pictures before for getting your car fixed. It’s YOUR car NOT theirs!!!!!

The worst customer service ever, please take into consideration the reviews with one star. These consumers didn’t give a bad review out of spite, it was for a perfectly good reason. If you’re looking for quality work and excellent customer service, please bypass this establishment. Again please read the reviews as with any place before getting your car serviced.

Buyer Beware! Used this business because they could get replacement tires the quickest. Thought all was well until I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. Found out they damaged my TPM sensor and taped it to the inside of my rim. Be aware they will damage your vehicle and nor say a word about it.

This place was so busy but the owner made time to help us, So we did not have to drop off the equipment so they could fix the tire the next day. When he found it we were 1.5 hours away and it would be a 3 hour trip, he had a couple guys to stay late and help us.

The most honest garage I've found in Aiken, and the most affordable. They've brought our old Focus back to life, and wouldn't charge us when they couldn't find anything wrong with my mothers truck, never met a mechanic that didn't find something to charge for! Kristy & Wallace up front and Chris in the back, everyone was friendly and made the experience relaxing and comfortable. We're customers for life.
