I don’t know if it is employees or if it is the customers, or if it the pipes, but today I went into Walmart and went to the Halloween section and not only did I complain but another customer complained about the absolute smell of urine, it was so strong the my child was gagging. And it wasn’t my child to blame. The smell was so bad I couldn’t even breathe.

I'm honestly just over it at this point. I made a grocery delivery order for over $200, to only receive half my order, even though I paid for it all. When I called for the rest of my order the person said "well you can come pick it up." Like do you not realise how stupid that sounds, I'm ordering delivery for a reason...picking it up wasn't an option. So I paid for groceries I didn't receive and then they acted like I was an inconvenience because I wanted what I paid for. It's a disgrace, it's embarrassing and it's just not good customer service.

What's with the big metal gates at the front doors? Who are you trying to keep out? Never any human cashiers anymore... all self serve robots. They even have robot janitors now too. The little bit off staff they've got left is underpaid and treated poorly. This company makes a fortune every year they should give back to the community a little but they won't. Evil corporation. All of the "food" they sell is garbage.

I don't know whether my experience with the online shopping is more related to the Yorkton location or Walmart in general. I used to use the online shopping app with great success.
This weekend however, I tried to place and order and it was cancelled by Walmart twice, with no explanation as to why. When I called to ask why, they said most of my order must not be in stock.
Since I needed groceries badly, in spite of my sprained ankle, I went to shop with my daughter. I found every item on my list!!
There needs to be improvements on what is in stock in store, matching the online store better. As well as, if there is a glitch in the system, that cancelled my order, needs to be addressed.

Can usually find everything we are looking for here. Unfortunately prices have gone up and grocery shopping is far to expensive!!

Very frustrated when there was no staff person in Grocery dept. Shelves not restocked on soup (salei tem in flyer) .Thanks to Doris from Produce , & gal from Dairy who went out of their way to help customers who were searching for grocery items. I know you need more staff but please make an effort to cover the early morning shifts. I seldom come during any other times because of Covid cases in Yorkton. Also a Shout out to Customer service who tried to assist.

Today, April 10, 2024, my husband and I had the best customer service at our Walmart in Yorkton, Sk!!We were looking for the potting soil that the website said was in stock in Yorkton but the only bags we could find, were not what we wanted. I went to the customer service desk and spoke with LAURA about this. I mentioned that there was a row of covered bags on pallets and maybe our choice had not yet been unpacked. KYLE, an associate who works with these items, was walking by and Laura asked if he would take a look. He went and came back shortly with a bag for me! I then informed him that we wanted 30 bags so we waited for my husband to finish going through the self check out, with some other purchases. The fellow who was overseeing this area was excellent as well! We didn’t get his name but he was working in that department at about 1:00!We paid for the soil at customer service, went to the lot where the remainder of our 40 pound bags of soil were located and Kyle helped us load them into our truck!A fantastic experience all the way! Thank you Laura, Kyle and the self check out fellow!!

Disgusting company for employees. HR team don’t know how to provide T4 to employees and give fake promises like you will get soon.They think employees don’t know the CRA law but we know our right if employer do not provide T4 documents to employees by 30 February employees can sue the employer or taking legal action against.
