Husband has a company vehicle through ford. For a simple oil and filters change (this should take no more then 1hr by a inexperienced person) took 2 hours adter they took the truck. We listened to them chit chat, laugh and socialize with each other while sitting there. It does not take 2 hours to do what they did. They specifically provided sub par service and if they cannot do a oil change reasonably, dont be a mechanic. Even a basic human who has necer done one before can do it themselves in under 45. There is no reasonable reason to take 2-3 hours. Sitting from 2:42 when they TOOK it into shop, sat till 5pm. For “quick lane” service. Then they charge RIDICULOUS amounts for their SUBPAR service. Dealerships over gouge, over charge, and apparently also lack experience to do basic oil changes at a reasonable pace. Do not recommend their service. Do not recommend their service or mechanics.

We travelled to Yorkton Sask. from Brandon Mb. to buy a 2022 Grand Caravan from Royal Ford. They make you feel so welcome and they are friendly. We dealt mostly with Lovell Lago and Chad Fogg and I would recommend them to any body looking to buy a car or truck, it is a great dealership.
