More than once the cashiers scan my tickets and then tell me they do not have cash to pay me my winnings. I will be talking to the manager when I can because I am sure I am not the only one this happens to. Don't scan tickets if you can pay the winnings.

Was just at this location and my card was declined so I said give me a minute to transfer funds to the lady there. She literally started serving someone else when I literally took less than a minute to transfer funds. Learn some respect lady. How would you like it if you had places to go and someone else got served before you even though you were in line first? I would give no stars if I could.
