This place has gotten very bad recently, at least the past 6 months. Always have tried being nice and understanding but I also work in the service industry and customers can only tolerate "We're short staffed" for so long. I always call ahead for prescriptions. They ask if there's a certain time I'd like to pick up in a day or two. I give them that time. No problem! Then I show up, majority of times a few hours after or the day after I ask it could be ready. Nope. Not filled. So I ask why they're telling patients when they will be ready and should I just be calling the day of? A few hours before? And that's when I get told they're short staffed & they expect me to feel sorry because they don't have the staff to fill my prescription by the time I've asked for it to be ready? If they were really client orientated they'd be explaining at phone orders. "Unfortunately we can't guarantee a time it will be ready. So sorry for the inconvenience. We are asking that you call again tomorrow a few hours before pickup and we will ensure it's filled when you get here' or just, something! The fact they're guaranteeing a pick up time & numerous times it hasn't been ready is just ridiculous and the fact they used being short staffed as an excuse for poor customer service skills makes it way worse. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

Got told half hour. Came back in 45 min got told 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later got meds and they didnt enter my insurance plan even though information was given initally. Will go elsewhere.
