Almost TWO years trying to get our camper frameless window replaced. So many screw ups and lack of communication over this time period. Felt like we were getting the run around more than once. Finally got the new window in last fall only to have it come apart and almost fall off. After a couple of attempts to get them out this spring to fix their screwup, we just got a local body shop owner to come out and fix it properly. They might be good for windshields and such but would not recommend taking your RV there if you have the frameless windows. Elenore Prekaski

Had my window busted Feb 12. After over a month of negligence of not returning calls after weeks of not even finding or ordering the door glass, I ended up finding the glass needed from the same place they were going to get it from anyways and had the dealership install it within days.

Crystal Glass was a quarter of the price of the dealership to replace the windshield in my F350. Parts were in stock and got me in very fast. Best glass shop in town.

Recently had my windshield replaced with Crystal glass in Yorkton for a great price. First windshield had minor distortion causing eye strain. I informed them and was immediately rebooked for a replacement free of charge and no hassle. Great customer service and zero issues with the new windshield. 10/10 recommend
