had a new system installed. called their 24 hour repair line and got a 7 day delay in winter. they offer a measly 40 dollars to by 2 heaters and expect you to kill your water bill running it to avoid pipes freezing. buyer beware the after care service is horrid and inhuman. we have 3 small children and they don't care.

Guy named Dean has really great customer service. He was very knowledgeable in helping me find everything I needed for my garage roof. Very helpful guy. Thanks Dean. I’ll be back for more help with Reno’s soon.
