Solidly okay. If you know what you're looking for, you can usually figure out if they have it, but it is a struggle to find it if you need help.

Good store awesome customer service but don’t understand why you must be 18 to buy a pocket knife when other stores in town you don’t

One of my number one go to places in town. Sadly they are usually out of the bolts or hose clamps I need. Then I end up heading to a competitor to source what I need.
