“We have been around looking at the lot a few times and talked with the team. Recently decided we were considering purchase but had no luck previously with another local dealer. They had called me with some info and an event that was going on. We came in and they made us a deal that worked for us. Connie was amazing through the process making sure we knew how everything worked in the system and answered all our questions. We came back a few days later and the techs helped us out with trouble we had with our old vehicle we were selling and helped us out with our issue quickly.
Nov 2024, I'm adding to my 5 star review because they have been so amazing. I bought a truck elsewhere this year and wasn't happy with it. The sales team at dodge is looking to everything they can to help me back into a ram that I enjoyed before so much and even if I can't make the exchange they are looking to provide me with the service I haven't been receiving at the other dealer where I made the purchase. The knight team is so amazing at making things work for their customers and always happy with service and purchases made. They back their service and make sure the customer is informed and happy with everything from sale to service. I recommend them 100%”

“Came here with my Peterbilt 579 and trailer attached but they are not officially suited for big semi trucks but for got it to work to park in front of the shop and the staff is super amazing and help full and the mechanic is very skilled and fixed my Rockchip in speedy time!!!
