Prior to moving to warman I heard positive things about the friendliness of this city.. however the older lady with glasses that works there has proven this wrong. She has been rude, sarcastic and impatient with me every single time, if you work in customer service maybe you should… like people?!

The service is bad. I have attempted to go a few times and they usually open late. 1:15pm and still nothing. Lots of people walking away. This post office could provide a better service to the community.

Asked for help with a Calgary to Warman business shipment for my corporate company and was met with only attitude and no solutions, I did not receive a phone call or notification and was made to feel like it was solely my fault, our company will be cancelling their corporate account and moving elsewhere. Thank you.
