RBC lied to me when I opened my account with them. Told me after 6 months I wil get credit increase. I never missed a payment on my credit card in 12 months and still no increase??

Tellers don’t listen to you properly and will deposit money into the wrong accounts. Won’t actually help with issues - I’ve had someone link they’re cell number to my direct deposit and all they could tell me is “well tell your family not to transfer you money to your cell number”. Thoroughly disappointed.
