Was very happy with the service of Kal Tire today. Had a tire patch done on our vehicle today and was thinking to pay what I would pay at other places to get the suprise of paying $10 less which was awesome especially after what low cost had charged me for them to put our donut on.

I stopped in to see if I could book my car in to check/ fix a leaky tire. The husky man with a beard was so friendly and accommodating. He offered to get it in right then while I waited. He acknowledged everyone who came in and assured them he would be right with then stark contrast to the othermN at the front who completely ignored customers and had then wait while he continued conversations with his Co workers. Please recognize that by greeting customers with a friendly, smile and making them feel valued and important is what will keep them coming back. He was awesome and I will be back because of him

They give me advice I can count on. In and out quickly. My first experience with Kal Tire was with a flat tire and trying to make it to BC Ferries on time. Their shop was very busy, but they managed to slip it in, repaired it, left my wife a rose and certificates for other services in future, all with a no charge invoice. We love Kal Tire.

Not great service…job was well done, just a little shocked that it was nearly $50 for a flat repair, had a nail in the tire took it off the truck, don’t load it in the truck (which isn’t a big deal) and they didn’t even air up the tire.
Definitely not worth $46, next time I’ll just plug it myself.
Kal-tire used to always do free flat repairs if you took the tire off your self.

Amazing service. Blew a tire just outside of town in the middle of the night. Kal Tire had all 4 tires replaced and installed by 9 the next morning! Thanks again!

Literal lifesavers. We had a wheel stud fall off my car on the highway. Darcy got us the part within the hour and repaired our car the same day. Thanks for going above and beyond to help us out!

I was in a bind on our way to a family funeral in Eastend when we got a nail in our tire . I showed up at the door at 8:00am on Saturday and my tire was repaired and I was out the door by 8:30am!! Wow! What service…you made a difficult situation a lot easier!! Thank you!!
