We needed some work done to our truck while we were travelling through Swift Currant. Cassie in the service department went the extra miles to get us back on the road promptly.

We are from Manitoba on our way to BC when the rear differential on our F150 started making noise. Saw Clark in service and he had the problem diagnosed and told us not to drive it any further. As busy as the service department was, he made sure we were on the road as quickly as possible. We really appreciated the excellent service and the effort to accommodate "out of towners." Made it to BC and back to
Manitoba without any more problems. Thank you!!

I heard grey things about this dealership but in the end we leave with a vehicle we didn’t trust or want. I’d have to question everything I was told about the vehicle.

If you want to die of getting old, it's a perfect place. They did a mechanical inspection for 5 hours. Normally, it takes around 90 minutes

If I were to say that the service department at this dealership was deceitful, dishonest and grossly incompetent, that would probably be the greatest understatement I’ve made in my life! If you need work done on your Ford vehicle, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Thankful for the quick and accommodating service at Cypress Ford in Swift Current.
On way to Ontario when truck lost power. Service team was able to squeeze us in within a few hours and once the part was located, we were on our way,
All this before the August long weekend. We would have been stuck without their top quality and accommodating help. Thank you!

My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle after hers was written off. This was the third dealership we went to. Eli Boulter came out and introduced himself and chatted with us for a few minutes. No high pressure sales just friendly and approachable. He explained all the incentives Ford was offering (the first one to do so) and offered to let us take anything for a test drive. We said we were just looking until the insurance paid off and he was great, no urgency at all. Gave us his card. We came back several weeks later, he remembered us and asked if we were interested yet in buying. We were allowed to test drive a few vehicles but we chose just 2. We tried them both, then said we wanted to think it over and would get back to him soon. He was very patient with us and never tried to push us. We came back a third time and purchased a 2024 Ford Escape from him. The financing officer, Chris Strand, was also very open and honest when getting our financing finalized. He explained everything and let us choose what we wanted, no hard sales there either. We are very happy with our time spent there and STRONGLY recommend talking to Eli if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

My exprienced with Cypress motor , swift current June 10,2020 .
Iam not happy with their services because of the following matters :
1. Lack of initiatives : i told Jessie of body repair dept to repair the crack in my windshield and small chips on top of the crack but his staff only repair the crack and does not include the Small chips maybe Jessie misunderstood me but anyway they should have initiative when they fix my truck . Eventhrough I did not tell them to fix the small chips they should suggest or inform me that they will include this one being concern with my truck and good services .
2. They did not clean up very well the windshield after the repair and leaved some marks .
3. I gave my key in a good condition before the repair but when he return the key it became movable (key was attached to the remote control ) note : the key was broken before but was fixed by the parts dept 3 months ago And it was in a good shape.
I talked to him last Monday and agree to edit what i posted here and I told him that I will go to other services to fix the small chips and I will clean up the mark and dirt in my windshield and also , to fix my key .

I came in for an Oil Change yesterday and the mechanics in the quick lane department were so friendly. They got the job done in a matter of minutes and made sure that you left the place with a smile in your face. They work so hard and as a team! I definitely recommend the quick lane to anyone. They get you in as soon as you pull up, and they get you back out on the road.
