Went in today to change my debit card and I was so happy to get Rahul, he went way beyond for me as far as looking into investments and planning for my retirement going that extra mile for me. Glad to be a CIBC client at this local branch. Thank you Rahul for your great customer service.

People are awesome but it’s not 1985 anymore- time to get with it and be open on Saturdays. When that happens I will change to 5stars.
