Great "gym family" environment. Always feel welcome. All levels of fitness and never feel intimated. Keith & Amanda are great!! Lots of variety of equipment and fitness classes!! Highly recommend.

The gym is always very well kept, clean, and good selection and quality of equipment. The gym would be a good standard even for being in Lloyd or the city.
