I bought this shovel online that was supposed to be in stock and this store. When I went to the store to pick it up they said it’s actually blue. I didn’t mind the color change but when I got home I realized its blade is shorter than 27” and it’s a totally different model number. It’s looks much cheaper than the one on the website.

I have a problem with walking due to a serious back injury and the staff brought what I needed to my car in the alley and accepted the cash that was needed.
I recommend this hardware store for all your needs.

Although they didn't have the item I went in to purchase, I [did] however, locate another, similar item, which I purchased instead and saved a few bucks in the process.

I wasn't sure if they had staples for my canadian tire brand manual staple gun. nothing on the boxes matched, but the lady was very helpful and friendly, which I am Not used to. she gave me some and said " You can always bring them back, they are 100% returnable. "
and only 5$ for 1000

Great help. Some old-school items big box stores do not carry. Plastic mirror hangers. Also friendly available and knowledgeable staff.

While still Reids Home Hardware...Owner lucky to have "some" good staff. Veronica and Dean are great. We have been loyal customers for years. Now the owner and another female employee do not have the time of day to put away a small item for curb side pickup. Hello Home Depot!
