The woman dealing with customers is the rudest, most ignorant person I've had the misfortune to deal with. After waiting a year for my clock, I was provided with no invoice or explanation to the work that was done. My clock was damaged which they accept no responsibility for and now only 4 months later, something is wrong again!!!!!
Save your money and find another reputable business to fix your time piece.
I will NEVER take my clock back there again!!!
PS: fire that woman!!!!!!!

We have used this service several times without any issues until today. The receptionist treated me like I was going to runaway without paying for the repair just because I questioned the service they added without my consent. The owner wasn’t there and I am requesting him now to be reach out to us to have a discussion about my experience at his shop.
