I am shocked by what my dad experienced today. He got double charged today. He went back to explain he was double charged and wanted his money back but the employee told him he could not help him without the product. Well please explain to me how my dad is supposed to return a product he never left with? There are two options in a situation like this. 1. Return the money, 2. Walk to the aisle and grab a second of whatever it was and give it to him since he paid for it. What idiot do you have working for you??? So instead of refunding for the one product, we came back and he returned the entire cart of groceries he bought. You coulda returned $10 but instead you returned $80. This employee needs a new department if they are too illiterate to problem-solve something.

The employees don't honour prices, treat customers poorly and refuse to honour noted prices on products. When you prove they are wrong, they say, " we will honour that price only this time". It seems they don't have any respect for customer's rights or respect in general.

In the past 2 dozen or so times that I have been to any Walmart, there is never any shopping baskets! Is it that difficult to have a dedicated employee, take the used baskets from the til's back to the storage stands? Do better,Walmart!

Dearest reviewers, I must bring to your attention the troubling circumstances surrounding the employment practices at this establishment—an affair most disheartening and fraught with discontent.
It has come to my attention that numerous East Indian employees engage in behavior that can only be described as discriminatory, teetering on the edge of outright racism. Non-East Indian or mixed-race employees find themselves ensnared in a web of powerlessness, as HR and corporate entities appear to have turned a blind eye to these grievous injustices, allowing such conduct to fester unchecked.
Moreover, the supervisory staff, particularly those overseeing stockers and unloaders, seem to have abandoned their duties, opting instead to belittle and condescend to their charges. This lack of regard contributes to a staggering turnover rate, with whispers circulating that one particular supervisor possesses a penchant for berating staff, creating an atmosphere thick with tension and dissatisfaction.
The chaos surrounding the hiring process is a spectacle in itself. Though the mandate for steel-toe boots is non-negotiable, the procurement of these essential items can become an arduous endeavor, even when urgency dictates otherwise. One's banking information, a matter of no small importance, is sorted with the utmost incompetence, while securing an initial work schedule feels akin to navigating a labyrinth.
For those in part-time positions, be prepared for relentless calls imploring you to cover shifts, as the wretched working conditions drive many to abandon ship. I implore you to weigh your options carefully before venturing into this establishment, for what awaits within is a veritable quagmire of discontent and despair.
Yours in earnest caution,
Lady Seraphina Whispershire

DO NOT park your bicycle here, it will be stolen 100% no matter how well your protection is. A simple bait catch could get these thieves easily, but police aren't doing shit as usual.

Walmart is just Walmart, if you know what you're getting and go to a self check out-it's quick and easy in and out. If you're waiting for an employee, well that's a different story then...

The register on lane 18 had terrible service. Didn't comprehend that I was trying to charge a gift card and not pay with it even though I said so multiple times. Hire better people. Idiotic

Walmart doesn't honor it's pricing. I went to purchase an accent chair today and in the aisle there was no price tag to be seen, so I went to the website to see that it was priced at 109.97 (sold by Walmart and shown to be available in store). When I got to the till the price came up as 139.97. I showed the cashier this and he swiftly got his manager who then explained to me that I would have to order the chair online to get the lower price. I asked if I could get the lower price since I'm already here with the chair in hand, and the manager refused and didn't even offer an apology. I can understand if the product was sold by a third party via Walmart, but this is not the case. Very disappointing customer service from the manager.

Won’t shop here anymore because I’m tired of being harassed about getting their stupid credit card. Can get everything online cheaper anyways.
