“After a warranty/insurance claim with my son’s truck - which should have been very straightforward when it came to the repair work - it unfortunately morphed into this huge, arduous ordeal. We ended up needing to involve Dodge service, since being a VW dealership there was one part Dodge needed to complete, since VW Was unable to service that part of the claim.

That situation aside, a HUGE shout-out to ANDREW (sales) and BRY (service) for their consistent help, support, and patience throughout the process. They consistently provided clear communication, explained what work was needed to be done, and they kept us up to date on the work progress.

Throughout the complicated - and beyond frustrating - situation (with my son’s truck being a used Dodge Ram, we ended up needing to involve Dodge service, which complicated EVERYTHING - but this situation was in no means the fault of VW), Bry went above and beyond to organize and stay on top of everything on the service end. “5 star review, especially due to Michael Howse at the Genesis location. Michael approached me as I was checking out vehicles in the lot after hours on a Saturday. Immediately, I had a good feeling about him, he was not pushy, and was actually very nice. He provided me his card and let me know if I was interested I could contact him on Monday.

On Monday I had found a had texted him a couple vehicles I was interested in. One happened to be pretty much sold before I had arranged to go see it, and he let me know that immediately which was so appreciated. This consideration for my time continued throughout my experience with Michael. I have a 1 year old so my time was limited and sometimes had to bring my little one with me.

Michael never showed me anything else that was out of my price range. He was quick to answer all of my questions I texted him at different hours of the day about different vehicles, the extra costs when purchasing etc.

I had went to other dealerships and had awful experiences with the dealers only talking to my husband when I'm the one purchasing the vehicle, wasting my time with trying to show me vehicles I was not interested in.

My experience with Michael was positive throughout the entire time which is why I returned to work with him and increased my budget slightly to get a vehicle that I wanted! Once I purchased my 2023 hyundai palisade, Michael continued to be great with walking me through everything, giving my son a hot wheels car, as well as me and my husband a gift.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! When I am in the market again to purchase a vehicle I will be returning to work with Michael!
