Very unprofessional staff.i purchase 8 pcs of perfume and bringing themback home for my family...i did'nt see any shopping basket in store,,,that's why i decided to put everything on my own shopping bag, i am still looking and wanted to buy more but suddenly...one of the associate approach me in a bad attitude,she said that there is camera everywhere and its really looks bad that i am puting everything on my own shopping bag,,,can she say that to the customer instead of offered me a hand? and say it with a manners and respect,so here,to avoid this and ,i don't want any customer feel the sameway as i felt...its humiliating....so please put shopping basket for customer's conviency and do not let this happen again...they need more training on how to handle the situation and how to do customer service and also do not judge people by their appearances.

Rude and extremely unprofessional workers. I wish i could say which one but they all were. I couldn't tell if they were all highschool but they sure all acted like it. You could tell they work there just to get their hourly pay rather than making sure customers have quality service or the bare minimum, be nice when paying. They spoke so negatively of customers and directly to them in very sarcastic and condescending ways. But then again, they are all kids and they like to gossip.I was able to spot 4 workers at random times but they keep one at front on cash. No one asking anyone if they needed help and no one trying to work at the change rooms.If they hired well, id give 5 stars

The shop has different varieties of clothing and shoes for children and adults. I just wish they added skirts to their products. It is a great place and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

went to the store at UP Center Circle Saskatoon SK 3510-8th Street East S7H0W6 this afternoon. I bought clothes that I thought is on salebecause I saw the tag All $5. After I paid all my purchase suddenly I was shocked and notice one of the item is $9.99. Which is not on sale. But it was on the sale rack items. I immediately approached one of the cashier to notify the wrong item that included on the sale rack item. When I ask for a help because there is no one on the cashier (red bangs cashier) , she replied on a sarcastic way. She told me that I need to go in line pointed her finger on the signage onto my face. And sarcastically say that she don’t have till on her hand. I Said that no one is on the till that’s why I’m asking for your help. As an employee you need to help/ attend promptly to your customer wants and needs to satisfied (knowing that the item was on the sale item which is not included) and to have repetitive business. I also approach the manager but she give me a poor answer not satisfied.I was treated bad and embarrassed.Very poor customer service experience.Cashier with the red bangs and the manager need to educate what is the meaning of Customers ServiceTreat customers with respect. ...Treat customers professionally.Treat customers as individuals. ...Treat customers fairly and equally. ...Be patient and understandingMake sure customers feel appreciated and valued

Love the prices and selections.Came in yesterday to shop forgot my card in the Interac machine, phoned the next day and was told they cut my card. I asked her why someone would cut? (It wasn’t even there 24hours for me to claim) her response “idk I wasn’t the one who cut it” uhhh okay next time I would appreciate it if you would hold onto my card for at least 24 hours ?♀️

It was quite busy today april 7th, there was one woman working there at the no cash side and she spent 7 minutes checking out my 4 items and was having side conversations with her other coworkers not paying attention. She had long light brown hair. I was really surprised since i work in till too and we are taught not to turn our back against customers at till. Very anxious from the situation. Remind you it was very very busy.

One of the best stores in this chain. Clean and comfortable, things are laid out neatly, departments are separated and everything is very clear, there is no confusion. The staff is attentive and smiling. The store pleases with good service and pleasant prices, as well as a large assortment.

Better prices than the other locations, HUGE variety, keep an eye out for sales...this location is amazing! Remember tho, no refunds, exchange's only! So make sure you want it before you buy it!

Used to be my favourite spot to shop clothes..but I was treated so bad by the staff today I am not sure if I am gonna go back..it was family day..I know it’s holiday and I checked hours on Google for centre mall location and said closes at 6..I reached exactly at 5.03 and the girl said we are closed..I just wanted to buy a pair of jeans as a gift for my GF but I wasn’t allowed to enter as I was 3 minutes late and they were closed at 5..my question is if you are closed at 5 then why don’t you freaking update your hours on Google..very very disappointed.
