What deals! Fabulous selection! Lots of new items. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Stock is always changing. One of my favourite stores. Always good for a browse.

Went to find some clothing for a foreign exchange student and the worker would not let us try on an item from the clearance rack? Totally ridiculous and quite silly as she should still be able to try on regardless of price? What if someone only had a limited income and was shopping second hand because of this? I explained this to the sales clerk and she said “it’s store policy”. I said…”surely you get paid the same amount regardless if someone is buying a $40 item or a $2 item? Can’t you treat them with the same respect and integrity?”

What a cute store. The staff are so helpful and I found so many gems within a matter of minutes. Most of the items I tried were more than fairly priced, and some items are pricey, which I expected. Overall, awesome shopping spot and great staff.

What a great place to visit! I love thrifting and deal-finding, and this place takes half of the work out of it for you because the pieces are all good quality and organized so well. The staff are eager to help and are just as excited for you when you find a great piece as you are. Glad to see Market Mall getting the face lift it needed and a bonus of some great stores like this one being added!

This Consignment shop has many many hidden gems. The gals working here are friendly and super helpful. They were actively pointing out wonderful items that caught my eye. I can't wait to go back and discover even more

The atmosphere is relaxed and they do have decent selection of clothes. The staff are friendly and will assist you when you need to try something on. I scored a sweater for $23 in clean condition. Gotta wait for fall to try it out and flaunt it..flaunt it man!!...but alas, underground trends is now located at market mall
