I would like to warn people about shopping at Traxx. They are terrific when it comes to selling you a shoe....up to the point that you buy them. It was clearly stated that shoes can be worn inside to try them out. I want to be clear that I never wore them outside. Because of the deep red color, the color bled onto the white side of the sole. In trying to return them the owner said I couldn't return them because I wore them and that he couldnt resell them. He argued that I cannot return them because he said I can only wear them inside. Then he pointed out on the receipt, that exchanges were only given on unworn shoes....but then how can they tell you to wear them inside, which is what I did and what he kept saying they allow.....but then contradicted himself by saying it's only on unworn shoes.....then why did he just say wear them inside????? Then I said how the red has bled unto the shoe though which he admitted to being a manufactures default. ....so how can he resell the shior then anyway's. ???? So I ask everyone to be warned and perhaps shop other places. The manager and owner were very rude and very unprofessional. I would strongly suggest not shopping there. The shoes are way overpriced and quality is slipping drastically. They are very good at contridicting and denying what they tell you and then revert to their policy. I read that others have had the same unprofessional and crooked way of doing business at Traxx. This is one big reason why online shopping is making stores go out of business.

This is the first place I go to buy shoes when I visit the city. They have a good variety of different styles and brands and sizes as well as accessories (socks, belts purses etc).

Myself and my 92 year old Mom thought Traxx Footwear had an amazing array of quality footwear with removable footbeds which are perfect for orthodics wearers. We want to give Evelyn ,one of the staff members, a 10 star rating. She was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. One of the best online experiences I've ever had...truly. Had my ordered shipped within literally 45 minutes of ordering. Received 3 days sooner than expected. And the shoe quality is AMAZING. It was busy when i got there and i wished it was like other shoe stores where i could grab a box in my size myself. Then an employee came from the other side of the store to help me while another played with my 4 yr old so i could try on many many pairs of boots. Found steel toes and hikers that I love. Thank you for the great service. I will be back.

I am extremely happy with their online service. I ordered a pair of shoes that I had been searching for the past two years and managed to find them on their website.
I placed the order and they arrived in a secure package within a couple of days.
I live in a different province so I was quite impressed with their level of efficiency.

great shoe store. good leather shoes, variety of styles, shapes, colors. There are belts and bags. We opened a separate shoe store at a discount. We often buy shoes here.
