I had dropped skates off to get sharpened and forgot to pick them up before the store closed. The next day the store didn't open until after we needed the skates. One of the owners so kindly met me at the store early on a Sunday to get them. I really appreciated their above and beyond customer service!!

I took my bike for two times for two diferents things to fix ...they offer me the package to make a full check of my bike ...for 75$ I pay it and the two times that was in less than two weeks never fix what I went there for ....totally loose of time and mobey... only give me excuses in a polite way ...take your bike to other place to fix don't waste your money....or you time

Trading the skates is tricky. You buy used ones at much higher rates than selling ones. Of course they have to make money but not 4 times.....

We just got ball hockey equipment for our kids and went it with zero knowledge of what we would need. We were helped by someone who explained all the equipment we would need and gave several options and price points for each piece of equipment. He was very patient and helped our kids try on the equipment to ensure it fit. I can’t say enough greats things about our experience!!

Brilliant service. They were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. We are just starting to learn ice skating after moving to Canada and the staff didn't try to oversell us on equipment and accessories. Really impressed. We were in and out with 3 pairs of skates in 20 minutes.

Came in to town for a U9 tournament, and we didnt have time for a skate sharpen at our regular place in Regina. Googled this store, and what a great find..being a vintage hockey fan, there was so much cool stuff to check out. 5-10 mins they were done both sets of skates. Thanks Top Shelf Sports!
