Visiting the city and thought based on the reviews this would be a great place. Surprise! First I was completely ignored (guess I look like I can’t afford this place) and then I was fat shamed! The sales clerk trotted up to tell me all the plus sizes are in the back. Well who are to assume what size I wear??!?!

My sisters and I go to the Sandbox as often as we can and we have a great experience every time. The staff are so caring and considerate and knowledgeable. We three all found something for a wedding shower and a wedding. Thank you for making us feel so special

Juanita and Sam are amazing! They provided us with a shopping experience that was awesome! We had a small group looking to ‘uplift’ our spirits! It had been along time that I went shopping for a dress and a new outfit. I was very anxious about it but once I stepped into the store they made me feel very comfortable and before long I had lots of new and updated outfits. Juanita and everyone knew what I needed and it ended up being a fun, fabulous time. This will be my new shopping store. Thankyou so much ladies. Was an awesome experience?❤️

I went in, in hopes of finding a Mother of the Bride dress. I don't always know what looks good on me and I'm always concerned because I'm 6 feet tall and find it hard to find clothes that fit appropriately.I received help right away and they did the rest! They shopped and found things based on my likes and dislikes with each dress and I found 2 dresses! One for a wedding and another for graduation. The second dress was on a great sale! When I find the shoes I need, I'll go back and find some jewelry to match. These ladies know what they're doing! Where the dress should sit on your body and will help to find the right one. They also gave me suggestions for the type of shoe and color to look for. They were awesome!!

I went into this store with high hopes, so many positive reviews. I walked around and the staff was just rude, like I was unworthy of shopping here. I was the only one in the store and nobody came to offer any help and ignored me. I just felt terrible, I don't like shopping and need something for a wedding, this store just made my anxiety worse. Thanks Sandbox. I hope people treat you better than you treat me. #neveragain.

Staff were arrogant and rude. When we left without purchasing any items after browsing, the staff reacted inappropriately and made a snide comment to us as we were walking out. I thought shopping was solely for the purpose of looking to see if there was items we liked. The clothes did not fit my style, and was overpriced in my opinion. I love supporting local, but this business will not get my support any longer.
