We bought a freezer for $2541,95 on Aug 14th, 2024 with this company on September 19th, 2024 our freezer stopped freezing.. we spoke to someone at the brick to get some help or advise.
we had over +$1000 of meat in the freezer and it was all ruined and it turned into garbage. They did not care, enough to change the freezer OR send someone to help us fix it. Their excuse was that there was "too much" food for the freezer. Our neighbor works for Appliance repair services he saw it and expressed to us that what they are saying is NOT TRUE. our freezer is MEANT to have food in it.. ITS A FREEZER THATS WHY WE BOUGHT IT. I AM EXTREEMPLY DISAPOINTTED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SO QUICK TO SELL BUT NEVER READY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I have "warranty" for the freezer when the company had me email Midea for support the customer service kept calling me by the wrong name and ended up emailing me some other customers case number and information. THIS IS ALSO A BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY!! I have sent in a complaint but i can't imagine they will do anything about it. PLEASE think twice before purchasing anything from this place. ZEEROOO communication ZEROO support. ZERROOOO service. ZEEEEEROOOO CONFIDENTIALITY between customers.

I had a really positive experience at The Brick in Saskatoon. Ramesh was super helpful—he didn’t pressure me at all, which made the whole shopping process much more comfortable. Typically, I enjoy shopping around, but I was really pleased with the sale price I found here.
When it came to negotiating the price, he worked out a solid deal for me, including delivery that fit my schedule. The whole experience felt straightforward and honest, and I left feeling really satisfied with my purchase. I’d definitely recommend service from Ramesh and The Brick if you're in the market for a mattress.

I had to buy a new washer /dryer in a hurry. The team was great! The sales process was easy and straight forward with no hassle. The delivery team was very helpful and thorough!

Went to the brick for there tent sale walked in to see what deals there where as looking for new living room furniture. The two employees that we seen were sitting on the couches in the showroom on there phones not even noticing us or asked if we needed help when we asked the one female employee for help she stated she would be with us in a minute and seemed annoyed that we asked.
First I would like to say staff sitting on yhe furniture is unacceptable as the furniture is for sale and it looks bad. Two if you are at work then be at work the employees even on a quiet day they could dust or clean and when potential customers come in to then at least smile and make eye contact. Will never shop at the brick again and will make sure I tell all my friends as well. The two employees need to be reprimanded this was the Saturday of the past weekend
