“We want to acknowledge and thank Rita of B of M Market mall for helping my elderly uncle change his DD with CRA to expedite his tax refund (he closed out the bank account the refund was directed to and opened another). Rita went beyond just listening , but did everything she could to make the necessary changes. My Uncle left his debit card at home, forgot his password but that didn't slow down Rita. What a wonderful person, who truly personifies Customer Service. All this was after the Branch Manger said they could not help us, but would show us what to do.THANK YOU RITA.”
