I used their pressure washer 2 times one time for 12 mins and one time for 6 mins and i went back home and i saw they deducted 20$ each time i called them after that and i told them everything and asked them like how their payment structure works they just listened to me and cut the call 2 times.

Wash your SUV, your dog, and pick up that jug of water. Helpful service too. Nice bright and clean, facilities.

I give 5 star because my experience has always been positive. Courteous and helpful staff, even with a smile sometimes and pretty much anything you need is available. Plus a dog wash !I've seldom had to wait to get in and if I did have too, well, only a few minutes.So today I go in, put some money on my card and off I go. Then the attendent shows up and says, boss says give ya a free wash and they put 20 mins on the clock.How awesome is that!

Spiffy is weird place when you use tap to pay my first wash timer is like 20 bucks and for half the time I use on the 2nd wash they charge me 20 bucks again even tho I used half the time they gotta fix that

I just visited this car wash and had an incredible experience!The manager, Merrick, was exceptionally kind and understanding when I faced difficulties with the new payment machines.I highly recommend this location for its exceptional service and helpful staff. Five stars!

Horrible wand pressure you are much better doing it at home with a spray bottle then the wands here. The soap brush only releases soap 4 times out of 10. I came here for 1 year and every time I've been having these issues. I talk to the employees and thay say "that's strange " and do nothing. Would not recommend!!!!

I always go to Spiffy. The building is clean and I have always had great customer service from the youth that they have employed there.Recently the company was switching computer systems and there was a glitch with my card, I had prompt service from manager/owner? Ward. He fixed the issue and was very pleasant to deal with. I’m glad there is still companies out there that care about their customers!

I love Spiffy’s because I can give my 80lb dog a bath without him clawing up my bathtub at home. The self-serve doggy baths are awesome, they supply the dog shampoo and conditioner, towels & more.The last few times I went they didn’t have dog treats anymore though so I don’t know if they discontinued that but they should bring the treats back for the pups lol.A waterproof apron is provided if need be and there are multiple different size bath tubs to bathe the dogs.When it comes to the car wash part, Spiffy’s is great. You can detail your car yourself and just pay for the time you use.Definitely recommend

It's always cleanHowever, my coins Always get stuck and need assistance. Probably buy a card instead and not deal with that every time.
