I dealt with Wayne at the Betts location for Sleep Country. He gave me his full attention, did a thorough experience to try many different mattresses till I could find the right one for me. I also purchased the soy bio pillows, my mattress cover and my sheets. He gave me an amazing deal on everything. Mattress was delivered the date that was chosen and that was a good experience as well. I would highly recommend Wayne as your salesperson. If I need anything in the future I will contact Wayne.

The bed we purchased is awesome. It was high end bed with latex foam. I am able to sleep comfortably on both my back and my side.

Best experience ever!Fantastic service by Lee in store, great deals, and delivered exactly when they said it would be. Called two days before delivering to confirm and called the morning of to say what time they'd be here. Delivery guys were efficient and polite! Can't wait to go to bed tonight on our amazing new mattress!

We are very happy with the purchase of our king split adjustable bed. We both have back issues and the Dormeo mattress has helped us to get a good night's sleep. We found the sales staff very helpful and courteous. The only negative comment I will make is that the delivery people should have put a mat down on our laminate floor before sliding it along to the bedroom. It left scratches on the floor which were not initially noticed.

We purchased two lifestyle adjustable bed bases and a twin mattress for and and one for my husband. Our salesman was Tom. I absolutely appreciated his knowledge and the ability to really hear what we needed and wanted and was able to recommend the perfect mattress for each of us. The prices at Sleep Country was HALF of the 3 other quotes we received and that included all the pillow and bed protectors. And no other businesses offer their incredible warranty along with the 100 night sleep no worry return. You cannot beat that. Delivery was arranged for us from out of town and it arrived a day early.Once the beds arrived we went back to purchase our sheet sets. I am impressed by the quality and range they offer. I went with their bamboo set while my husband went with their Egyptian Cotton.We shopped and purchased during covid. They had safety measures in place and the store was well stocked with protectors, sanitizer and good standards in place.Tom was incredible and amazing to work with. We never felt pressured. At one point after we had already purchased the beds, I asked him if he could sell me the cheapest headboard on the floor because I guess we would need one. He asked a couple of questions as to what type of bedframe we had currently, and after hearing what we said he recommended that we could probably use our existing bed frame. He told us to go home and see before buying, turns out our worked perfectly fine. He could have easily sold us something that we did not need… And he didn’t.I highly recommend him, the store and this company.

I bought a foam bed and it is horrible! My sciatica on the right side has flared up and I can barely walk. I did go back to the store before the 14 days to order a diff bed but Covid 19 hit had sleep country closed and could not deliver so my body has gotten worse and worse on this bed! As soon as they open I will get my bed but I don't know why they didn't deliver yes I know Covid hit but it was one day we could have done the curb side drop off and pick up because this horrible rd is going back. I'm in bad shape and I know it's from the bed, I hope they open soon!
