Just had a great service experience with Daniel who was able to track down a specific shoe and size for my wife.
Great customer service is a rarity these days so I commend Daniel for all his hard work!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Skechers Preston Crossing store in Saskatoon. When I tried to address a refund issue, a staff member insulted me in front of other customers and her manager, who did nothing to address the situation. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Here’s what happened: I originally purchased two items, including a pair of shoes priced at $94.99 (after a $5 discount), for a total of $149.81 (with taxes). Upon returning the shoes, I was refunded $105.44. Later, I was told I needed to repurchase the shoes at $110.99 due to an error, but when I returned them again, I was only refunded $105.44. This left me with a $5 discrepancy that clearly shows Skechers owes me money.
Despite presenting receipts and trying to clarify, the issue remains unresolved.
What’s worse is the way I was treated during this interaction. The staff member was dismissive, spoke about me to another customer, and insulted me openly.

Anyone that is looking for good quality and affordable prices must checkout this store and not to mention how wonderful customer services they have one of them Daniel was very respectful and mad feel comfortable! I was about to leave the store because I felt that one of the stuff was making me feel discomfort with the looks she gave me but, few minutes after Daniel politely step in and kindly ask me if I was finding everything okay or if I need any help on finding what I was looking for, he patiently waited while I was trying all the shoes, sizes and styles I feel so glad and pleasant with the purchases I had left the store hoping for the future that yes* you can still find good in people and the other guy was super nice and kind to my daughters providing stickers, papers to draw so I am definitely going back to shop for back to school for all my 4 kids!😍

Janaya is an absolute legend! she helped me go through piles and piles of shoes until i found a pair i was comfortable with. (trust me that’s extremely difficult) i really appreciated this! probably the best customer experience i’ve ever had!
