  Great place to shop for all your makeup needs as well as care for your hair and skin. Products for both male and female can be found though female products will dominate IMO.

  My brother and I were extensively followed around the store by an employee who assumed we had stolen something. We were extremely uncomfortable, as she would blatantly follow us into the aisles and even went as far as calling two other employees to assess the situation. While I understand that she was simply doing her job, I believe that the staff require more social and cultural sensitivity and awareness training.

  I had the best experience I’ve ever had in a Sephora today.
  
  I have picked out every product for myself for the last…10 years? I don’t believe I’ve ever been asked if I needed help before that genuinely meant it (aka the greeter person at the door) The one time I asked for help if a specific product was still available they replied “no, not in that price range” and wandered away (that was a store in Vancouver)
  
  I’ve never been to this store before. I normally order online or just pop into the Regina store - however I was in Saskatoon on a rare occasion.
  
  I wish I had gotten their name but they saw me in the skin care aisle attempting to find my self researched product that *seemed* to have been working for me. When they approached me not only did they know exactly what I super vaguely described but immediately recommended something wayyyyy more up the alley that suited my needs (the tower 28 spray) .
  
  It’s only been 6 hours but I think you were 100% on the right track — if not perfect track. I wish I had gotten your name! All the kudos!

  I hope this makes sense but I wish this was my local store so badly.

  Cheyeanna Was helping me out and she was so amazing! Her calm energy made me feel unrushed while we tried to find the perfect shade for me. One of the products was out of stock, but she just quickly found another comparable product. She was just eager do help me and provide me with great service. I will come back to see her.

  There’s a girl named Jo and a guy named will there who are genuinely such amazing people and there recommendations never disappoint. I trust them with my full heart and soul and there honesty such amazing people they need to be the faces of theses brands and not just sell them. They are both amazing and there personality make the environment very welcoming :) can you let them know how much I appreciate there help.

  I came in today with questions about skincare. My main concern was eczema around my eyelids and products that would help with flare ups. Jo shared her knowledge of several product lines and gave some excellent recommendations. She was very kind, personable and helpful.I also came in for concealer, Liz was also very helpful with colour matching me and answering my questions about products. She also helps with finding me an affordable everyday eye cream.Thanks so much to Jo and Liz!

  Went for a last minute make up and Che was the best. She was fast and did something that complemented my face. Also did wax and tint for my eyebrows.This Sephora location has the best support and recommendations.The only (tiny) delta is not having a bigger selection of perfumes.
