Is it a safe and quite building in the time living there.Our manager building always checks for inspections and encourage us to report any fixing or any concerns.

We needed some work done in bathroom; some holes in the dry wall. We arranged to have them fixed while on vacation. When we returned most of the bathroom had been redone which was an unexpected surprise. New paint, floor, sink, cupboard and shower/tub. Excellent job!

My experience with Linda Carson the building manager at 510 Prarie ave forest grove condominiums.. was the worst meeting worst management i have ever dealt with in my entire life.. I recorded the entire meeting and would love to share that recording with saskatoon if they wish to hear it please contact me. She treated me like a criminal and abused me she is unprofessional.

The staff here will treat you poorly. Even when they are clearly negligent about issues that the renters come forward with. If they have to face the fact that they made a mistake..... prepare to be blamed for it. The renters pay for the business itself. Remember that and adjust your attitude. It would be a good business move

Had rented one of their appartments on 8th and had the worst nightmare. Took my deposit of 1200 dollars for normal wear and tear. I had the worst experience of my life by renting their appartment. Will never ever recommend to any body else
