I recently bought a 2024 Hyundai Kona, the service that I had received there was great, they were quite busy that day, however always made sure we were taken care of and had a drink, answered my questions and were very upfront and honest.The day I went to pick up my Kona and take it home, we noticed a small crack in the tail light, they were on top of it right away, ordered the part and contacted me as soon as the part was in. They went above and beyond to make it right!They have followed up with me since on a regular basis, and the staff when bringing it in are always very pleasant!Thank you for making this experience a positive one!

This one deserves to be rated as the worst one in Saskatchewan. Some of the service advisors literally don’t know what they’re doing. I had to visit the service center three times in a month just because my advisor “Kaitlyn” didn’t do her job properly.

I recently bought a 2024 Hyundai Elantra from North Hyundai Saskatoon and they had great service. Nelish (Product Specialist) explained everything very friendly and with patience. I recommend this place.

I purchased Chevrolet 2018 sonic LT car from north Hyundai Saskatoon & this vehicle has always problems, always engine light got on & I had warranty for 6 months & paid $2802I visited for diagnostic on 28th January 2023 but the service provided by sales Mr Steve & sales colleague is totally rude & unprofessional manner which is not acceptable at all.They charged me forcefully to pay amount for diagnosing .My engine light got on 5th times & this vehicle has also issue.I want this vehicle to be changed as soon as possible & not sale any defective car to customersIt is totally pathetic experience so far & I will not recommend anyone to avail services from there.
