Excellent service. Ordered a barrel and flash hider from the online store recently. Didn’t realize I needed to purchase a crush washer separately and they very kindly threw one in the package for me at no additional charge. Totally my mix up and they could have said nothing. Little things like this make a lasting impression.

The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were so helpful in determining the quality and safety of an inherited rifle and even helped fix issues. As someone who is unfamiliar with firearms (apart from the PAL course) and nervous around them, I was so grateful to have an expert’s assistance and have it be such a comfortable experience. The business is also easy to find, clean and well organized. 100% recommend.

Living almost 3000km away, I contacted them via e-mail from their website. I had low expectations. Boy was I wrong, after a couple messages back and forth, I received a phone call to clarify my issue. One of the best gun shops in this country for fast transfers. unlike other stores these guys shut down and finish orders in a timely fashion and are not money hungry will definitely be giving them a lot more of my business thanks SGW!!
